  • About the theoretical fundamentals of power cable testing.

  • About the methods of quality estimation of the insulation of power cables used in practice and their application in the HVT-10 laboratory.

  • About the design and operation principle of the HVT-10 laboratory.

  • About the rules of safe service of the HVT-10 laboratories.

  • About the rules and the sequence of safe work on testing, prelocation and pinpointing of cable damages.

The  participants of seminars will get practical training on the testing,  prelocation and pinpointing of cable damages.

 

Training to work with laboratory on prelocation and pinpointing places of water leakage AQUALEAK.

Within the  given seminar we teach you about the:

  • Principal causes of malfunctions of pipelines.

  • Methods of definition of water leakages in a pipeline.

  • Methods of prelocation and pinpointing of places of water leakage
    and their application in the AQUALEAK laboratory.

  • Design of the AQUALEAK laboratory, the service regulation of the equipment.

The  participants of seminars will get practical training on:

  • Finding the location and depth of a pipeline.

  • Measuring the intensity of a water flow without cutting into the pipeline.

  • Finding places of water leakage with the help of the equipment of the laboratory.

 

Training to work with the “ PIPELINE “- type laboratory (on service oil - and gas main pipelines).

  • At this  seminar you study the:

  • Rules and methods of protection of the main pipelines from corrosion.

  • Methods of non- destructive control of the condition of pipelines.

  • Design plan of various modifications of the “PIPELINE” laboratories.

  • Operation technology with the equipment of the”PIPELINE” laboratories.

Within the  practical training you will master:

  • Radiographic and ultrasonic methods of quality monitoring of the condition of the welded connections of the pipelines.

  • Use of penetrants as a visual method of quality monitoring of the pipeline’s condition.

  • The quality monitoring of electrochemical protection of pipelines.
    The seminars are given once every 3 months on each of the specified themes.
