The warranty period of the mobile test vans is 1 year from the moment of its sale. During the warranty period VITALDRIVE LTD. bears the responsibility of the good working condition of the equipment of the mobile test van and, in case of rare but possible malfunction, makes free-of-charge repair or replacement of the faulty equipment.
For granting guarantees on operation, after purchasing a mobile test van, trainees selected from the purchasing company will attend  a special training course at the consulting centre of VITALDRIVE LTD.

Extra training sections are available but are not free of charge

Vitaldrive LTD provides free training for each new laboratory purchased. Trainees are provided with food and accomodation beside the necessary training literature. Clients, wishing to have training on the safe operation of high-voltage equipment , are welcome to attend our seminars.

Depending on the design and the equipment of the specific purchased mobile test van, there will be theoretical and practical trainings about fundamentals and proper operation of the laboratory.

AFTER WARRANTY SERVICE

We offer our clients an after warranty service for our mobile test vans. During the after warranty service, we are ready to make routine inspection of your mobile test van, calibration and test of the features of the laboratory.

When necessary we are ready to repair the individual modules or the hole system.

Within the contract of after warranty service, we provide the normative and technical literature about measurements and tests performed on your mobile test van.
